How to Prepare for your Steam

Women experience life-changing benefits as a result of yoni steaming, we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

Please Goddesses, prior to steaming abstain from the following:

 

  • Avoid Sexual intercourse 24 hours prior to your appointment

  • Remove piercings

  • Steaming must take place at least 72 hours after your period

  • Avoid eating at least 1 hour prior to your steam​

  • Communicate clearly your allergies

  • Allow time for your appointment

  • Be prepared to rest after your steam

  • Bring footies or house shoes

  • Come with an open mind, heart and spirit

  • Avoid excess liquids & alcohol

  • You cannot steam if you are pregnant, menstruating, have an IUD or experiencing any outbreaks or lesions on your vagina.
