Please, Goddesses, prior to your yoni steam:
• Avoid sexual intercourse for at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Remove all vaginal and genital piercings before steaming
• Schedule your steam at least 72 hours after the completion of your menstrual cycle
• Avoid eating heavy meals within 1 hour of your session
• Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns
• Allow adequate time for your appointment and arrive relaxed
• Plan to rest and hydrate following your steam session
• Bring footies, slippers, or comfortable house shoes
• Arrive with an open mind, heart, and spirit
• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption before your appointment
For your safety, yoni steaming is not recommended if you are pregnant, currently menstruating, have an IUD, or are experiencing vaginal outbreaks, lesions, or active infections.
