Dear Goddess,

Do you realize that there is no force in nature more powerful than a woman? We bring forth life, nurture our families, inspire our communities, and create change everywhere we go. From the bedroom to the boardroom, women possess a unique strength, wisdom, and resilience that has shaped generations.

Yet so often, we place the needs of everyone else before our own. We give endlessly to our children, partners, careers, families, and communities while neglecting the very person who makes it all possible—ourselves. For many of us, this pattern has been passed down from generation to generation, becoming a way of life rather than a conscious choice.

Over time, stress, disappointment, emotional wounds, and life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, overwhelmed, and out of balance. We lose touch with the powerful, creative, intuitive energy that lives within us and begin to forget who we truly are.
